We offer investigative building services to assist in gathering information whether it be ‘opening up’ to reveal hidden components, inspecting drains with our CCTV drains camera or digging trial pits to determine ground conditions.
We travel all over the south of England to help engineers with their investigations and can carry the equipment to complete all types of investigation in one visit. When completing invasive and disruptive investigations we make good and leave the site clean and tidy. Our investigative services are offered on a fixed fee basis, invoicing either the supervising professional or property owner – whichever best suits the situation.
We also regularly use investigative techniques as part of remedial works projects when employed directly by the property owner.
